Thermocouples

Thermocouples are used for very high temperature measurements and consist of two wires with different metals connected at one end. Due to the  Seebeck effect,  a voltage of a few V per 1 °C can be measured at the other end. This voltage is connected to a highly sensitive electronics and evaluated - together they form a measuring system.

All our thermocouples are very robust and are used in industry because of their diverse designs. The wide range ranges from production applications to laboratory applications, climate chamber monitoring or plant monitoring. The thermal probes are insulated as standard, so that no distortion of the measurement evaluation by overlaying offsets is possible.

Structure and measuring ranges are extremely importantfor selecting the right thermocouple for the upcoming measurementtask. This applies to both the material and the design. The wide selection of a wide range of sensor elements (line length, thread, sheath design, etc.) in combination with the thermostick results in a perfect measuring system for almost all measuring tasks.

The thermal sensors and the  thermostick  are equipped with a mini plug and therefore allow easy insertion or replacement of the sensors. The Thermostick is supplied with Sentax measurement software (free of charge).

This evaluation software leaves nothing to be desired. You can view, calibrate, visualize and log all thermocouples offered here. In addition, it is also possible to send alarm messages via e-mail, SMS, LAN, WLAN when the limit is exceeded. A special feature of the software is the free-adjustable measuring range with automatic adjustment of the scale.
