This online service is intended exclusively for business customers, traders, craftsmen, and industrial clients (as defined in Section 14 of the German Civil Code – BGB).

Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB are excluded from using this website.

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and to process orders.

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR for the performance of a contract.
Orders without a valid EU VAT ID or recognizable business information will not be processed.
Data may be transferred to third parties only as required for contract fulfillment (e.g. shipping companies, payment processors).

8. Transfer to third parties and third countries

Personal data are not transferred to recipients outside the EU / EEA unless necessary for contract performance or with your explicit consent.
If, in exceptional cases, such transfers occur, they are carried out solely under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure adequate protection.
