ir Embedded Autosmart

The ir Autosmart calibration system is a system to calibrate, manage, analyze and visualize Exergen or other infrared sensors in connection with the Autosmart electronics over a freely definable measuring range. The special thing about it is that the fully automatic calibration of the infrared sensors can also be carried out directly at the destination of the sensor - i.e. on the system. The connection of the Autosmart electronics and a freely selectable IR sensor results in a high-precision, calibratable infrared sensor. All imaginable parameters can be set. You can choose between different interfaces, both analog and digital. 

The Autosmart electronics are available as a transmitter and as a USB version:
 - USB
- Current output (0… 20mA or 4 ... 20mA)
- Voltage output (0… 10V, 0… 5V, 0… 2.5V or 0… 1V)

Commercially available sensors are fully calibrated upon purchase, can only be adjusted to a limited extent and cannot be calibrated.

Disadvantage: the thermal influences on the sensor caused by the system are not taken into account at the time of production and thus lead to poorer measurement results. The special thing about the ir Embedded Autosmart calibration system is that the infrared sensors can be calibrated directly at the destination, which means that negative influences on the system are largely calibrated out, and the infrared sensor is thus given a significantly higher measurement accuracy.

  • Autosmart-Cal-USB300             - USB version can be calibrated up to 300 ° C
