The new IR Autosmart calibration system is a system to calibrate Exergen infrared sensors over a freely definable measuring range.

For years, Exergen has offered some of the best IR sensors in the world, but they are sold without evaluation electronics. With Autosmart these sensors can be evaluated and calibrated automatically.

For this you need the Autosmart electronics, calibration software and a freely selectable IR sensor. Together this results in a highly accurate calibratable infrared sensor.

The special thing about it is that it is possible to calibrate infrared sensors by yourself at all. Even more: the system can calibrate the infrared sensors not only in working rooms by means of calibrator - no, one can calibrate with it directly at the plant, thus at place, where the sensor was installed. The advantage is that the measurement results are considerably more precise because interferences such as reflections and neighboring heat sources can be taken into account.
